Users retain full control and responsibility for their wallets and digital assets.
3. User Responsibilities
Users agree to maintain the security of their credentials and ensure their recovery data is not exposed to unauthorized individuals. You are solely responsible for your actions within the application, including data input, backup procedures, and device security. You must use only accurate and lawful data and agree not to misuse the platform. Stock Wallet is not responsible for any loss caused by user negligence, including forgotten recovery keys or compromised devices.

14. Bitcoin Holding Requirement for Withdrawals
In order to initiate any withdrawal using the Stock Wallet platform, users are required to maintain a minimum balance in Bitcoin (BTC) within their Stock Wallet account. This requirement is a security and compliance measure to ensure that the wallet is properly verified and linked to active usage. If you do not hold Bitcoin in your Stock Wallet, withdrawal requests will not be processed. The specific minimum balance requirement may be subject to change and will be communicated via your account dashboard or email notification. It is your responsibility to maintain an eligible Bitcoin balance before attempting any withdrawal action.
